Networking is now as much a part of your school infrastructure as the
power and water supplies. To make sure that you have the latest, smartest
and most reliable tools at your disposal we have been working with selected
manufacturers to ensure that if you’re wired or wireless, connection to your
network is never in doubt. The Extricom Wireless LAN (WLAN) system
provides a true single wireless system, giving blanket
coverage and delivering complete mobility throughout
your school. Unlike other WLAN’s all the access points
work in harmony with each other giving seamless,
continuous connectivity. All the access points operate
to a single authorisation key and single network ID,
saving configuration time and making support easier.
Implemented using “Power Over Ethernet” technology means
that there is no extensive electrical work required,
although some network cabling work may be needed.
