Following discussion and a trial run with our customers, we are
delighted to introduce a new way for you to purchase support
from EICTS. Service Bundles allow you to purchase a bundle of
engineering time and an allowance for parts. You can draw down
time and money for parts when you need them, giving you control
of your support costs. What's more, if you purchase a 20 hour
bundle, we will give you a further discount on our usual labour
rate of £85 per hour.
Flexibility of Service Bundles
- Time can be used against calls for problems with ICT,
music, AV, science and cleaning equipment.
- Engineering time has a shelf-life of 12 months and can
be carried across financial years.
- The parts account can be drawn on as required, topped up
independently and can be refunded if not used.
- Incidents resolved by the helpdesk are not deducted from
your engineering time.
