A recent publication from BECTA highlighted the need for data
security -
To address the minimum protective measures outlined in
Data Handling Procedures in Government, schools will need to
implement several operational and technological changes. Some of
these can be accomplished quickly and within existing resources,
others will require investment and the participation of
suppliers of school ICT systems and managed services. BECTA will
be working with suppliers to ensure they are aware of these
procedures and to identify areas in which they can assist.
This service provided by EICTS meets all of BECTAs
requirements, is in use by schools outside Bedfordshire and is
used as the primary backup system for some large multi national
corporations.
Prices quoted overleaf include full helpdesk support service,
installation and on going updates of the software. Not only will
we monitor your backups for you, if you do need anything
restoring we can manage that process for you as well.
Due to volume discounts we have been able to reduce the price
of our 10 GB backup bundle from £450 to £320 and discount our 20
and 30 GB service by £30 each. Current subscribers will receive
a refund of the difference.
