Netviewer Remote Support

Here at EICTS, we are proud to introduce our new, long-awaited Remote Support services. Netviewer is a remote access tool that allows the technical support staff of EICTS to view and take control of any computer in your school. Using the software we will quickly be able to troubleshoot any technical issues, all the while you are watching what is being done by the EICTS support team.

To begin, click on the link below to run Netviewer:

  Run Netviewer 
(At the File Download - Security Warning window, select Run)

You will then be asked for a Service Ticket number before we can continue, which will be given to you by our technical support team. Once you enter the number, with your permission the consultant will be able to connect to the computer and take control to troubleshoot any technical problems.

Disclaimer: You are allowing Education ICT Services to view and remotely control this PC. Education ICT Services will have the same rights, to view and change any settings, as the currently logged on user. Any configuration changes to the PC or other devices on the network will only be made with your permission. As soon as the session is cancelled Education ICT Services no longer has access to this PC.
